It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 to buy a tobacco product or smoking implement.
It is an offence to sell, supply or deliver a tobacco product or smoking implement to a person who has not reached 18 years of age.
It is not an offence for a person under the age of 18 to smoke a cigarette or cigar.
